Arrive at Jaipur - the capital of Rajasthan is popularly known as the Pink City. With broad avenues and spacious gardens, the city is steeped in history and culture. Here the past comes alive in magnificent forts and palaces, blushed pink, where once lived the maharajas. Visit Amer Fort & Palace- Built by Raja Man Singh, is a scenic marvel. It stands on top of an easily scalable mountain, which is situated right next to the beautiful Maota Lake. The fort’s majestic appearance and its geographical advantages make it a special place to visit. Overnight stay at Jaipur.
Today visit City Palace - The Royal Palace was built in the 18th century by the Maharaja Jai Singh II, who was the Rajput king of Amber. Some of the special features such as magnificent pillars, lattice or jali work, carved marble interiors and inlaid ornamentations make the palace beautiful in appearance and a treat to watch for the visitors. Jantar Mantar - an astronomical observatory used to measure the distances and positions of celestial objects. India has a total of five such observatories the largest of which is in Jaipur. The Jantar Mantar was constructed by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II who from a very young age was fascinated by the movement of the celestial objects. Jaigarh Fort - Renowned for housing Jaiban, the world's largest cannon, the Jaigarh Fort, constructed by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, is located about 15 km from the city. Overnight stay at Jaipur.
After having early breakfast, depart for The haunted Palace - Bhangarh, visit Bhangarh Fort - With a sign put up by the Archaeological Survey of India prohibiting visitors post-sundown, the 17th-century Bhangarh Fort stands tall, unbeaten and grim in Rajasthan’s Alwar district. Later that drive to Ranthambore. On arrival at Ranthambore, check-in at Hotel/Campsite. Later, visit Ganesh Temple & Ranthambore Fort - lies within the Ranthambore National Park, the park being the former hunting grounds of the Maharajahs of Jaipur until the time of India's Independence. One can explore the historical places such as the Jogi Mahal, Raj Bagh Ruins, Ganesha temple and the Jain Temple. Overnight stay at Ranthambore.
In the morning, take a canter safari to the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. Return to the hotel for breakfast and spend the afternoon relaxing in the hotel. You can also take another ride into the forest in the evening (Will Cost Extra)*. Overnight at Ranthambhore.
After breakfast check out and proceed to Jaipur. On arrival drop at Jaipur Airport/ Railway Station. The tour concludes, leaving you with sweet memories of the trip with Heritage Explorer Tours.
