Pick up from Ahmedabad Airport @10:00 am. And proceed to Udaipur - Popularly known as the City of Lakes, serene Udaipur is the crowning jewel of royal Rajasthan. On arrival check in at the hotel. Evening visit Lake Pichola - Framed by majestic mountains, grand forts and magical palaces, Lake Pichola is a site of dreams. Overnight at Udaipur.
Today depart for Udaipur local sightseeing visit - City Palace - Rising from the bank of Lake Pichola, the imposing City Palace is a grand icon of Udaipur. Jagdish Temple - is one of the most famous temples in and around Udaipur. It is dedicated to Lord Vishnu in the form of Jagannath. Saheliyon Ki Bari - a majestic garden in the city of Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. It is also known as the Garden or the Courtyard of Maidens. After visit proceed to Chittorgarh - rich with stories of Rajputana bravery, pride, and passion. The local bards sing tales of courage and sacrifice, recounting stories that are fondly known to everyone. Overnight stay at Chittorgarh.
Morning visit Chittorgarh Fort - which is perched atop a high hill. The fort itself has had a tumultuous past. Vijay Stambh - Known by the name of Victory Fort, this huge tower was constructed between 1442 and 1449 AD by Rana Kumbha. After sightseeing depart for Pushkar - literally translated means lotus flower, and is believed to be the seat of Lord Brahma. Thus, Pushkar is among the rare places to house a temple of Lord Brahma. Visit Pushkar Brahma Temple - dates from the 14th century. The colorful structure is made of marble and stone. Pushkar Lake - considered one of the holiest lakes in India. Later depart for Jaipur - the capital of Rajasthan is popularly known as the Pink City. With broad avenues and spacious gardens, the city is steeped in history and culture. Here the past comes alive in magnificent forts and palaces, blushed pink, where once lived the maharajas. Visit Amer Fort & Palace- Built by Raja Man Singh, is a scenic marvel. It stands on top of an easily scalable mountain,which is situated right next to the beautiful Maota Lake. The fort’s majestic appearance and its geographical advantages make it a special place to visit. Overnight stay at Jaipur.
Today visit City Palace - The Royal Palace was built in the 18th century by the Maharaja Jai Singh II, who was the Rajput king of Amber. Some of the special features such as magnificent pillars, lattice or jali work, carved marble interiors and inlaid ornamentations make the palace beautiful in appearance and a treat to watch for the visitors. Jantar Mantar - an astronomical observatory used to measure the distances and positions of celestial objects. India has a total of five such observatories the largest of which is in Jaipur. The Jantar Mantar was constructed by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II who from a very young age was fascinated by the movement of the celestial objects. Jaigarh Fort - Renowned for housing Jaiban, the world's largest cannon, the Jaigarh Fort, constructed by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, is located about 15 km from the city. Overnight stay at Jaipur.
